It is given that area of square is equal to are of rectangle.

so area of rectangle =l×b=13.6×3.4=46.24m^2=area of square.

area of square =side^2

46.24m^2=side^2

side= root under 46.24 m^2=6.8m

so the length of each side of the square is 6.8m
