therefore area

 \frac{1}{2}  \times base  \times height \ \\  =   \frac{1}{2}  \times  {side}^{2}

so, 200=1/2*side^2

side^2=400

side = 20

Pythagoras theorem:-

20^2+20^2=h^2

800=h^2

h=20√2

=20*1.414

=28.18
