=> 60 cm^2 = 1/2 × 5x × (3x-1)

=> 60 × 2 = 15x - 5x

=> 120 = 10x

Therefore, x = 120/10

= 12 cm

AB = 5x

= 5×12

= 60 cm

BC = 3x-1

= 3×12-1

= 39-1

= 38 cm
