The longest rod that can be put in a cuboid room is the diagonal of the room :-
So ,
d = √ ( 10 ) ² + ( 10 ) ² + ( 5 ) ²
d = √ 100 + 100 + 25
d = √ 225
d = 15 .
So , required length of side = 15 m
