Find the length of rectangle whose perimeter is 36m and breadth is 15m. Determine the area of

Given

  • Perimeter and Breadth of Rectangle.

To find

  • The length of the Rectangle and Area of teh Recatngle.

Solution

\sf\pink{⟹ Perimeter = 36m}

\sf\orange{⟹ Breadth = 15m}

\sf\blue{⟹ Length = x}

In which,

  • I = length
  • B = breadth

We have to find Length

Perimeter = 36m , Breadth = 15m

Perimeter = 2  × (Length + Breadth)

36m = 2  × (15m + x)

\sf\blue{\dfrac{36}{2}} =  \sf\green{18} \sf\green{- 15m = 3m}

Verification:-

Perimeter = 2  × (Length + Breadth)

Perimeter = 2  × (15m + 3m)

Perimeter = 2  × 18m

Perimeter = 36m

Hence, verified!

Now, we have to find the Area:-

As we know
