find the length of side of a square such that it's perimeter is equal to the perimeter of a rectangle with length=26cm and breadth=30cm

Let the side of square=
Perimeter of aquare =4*a
Lenghth=26cm,Breadth=30cm
Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)
Perimeter=2(26+30)
Parimeter=2*56
Perimeter=112cm
According to problem
=>P of square=P of rectangle
=>4*a=112
a=112/4
a=28cm
Side of square =28cm

Length of rectangle = 26 cm
Breadth of rectangle = 30 cm
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
= 2(26+30)
= 2*56
= 112 cm
Side of square =P/4
= 112/4
= 28 cm
