As we know that circumference of a circle is (d*22)/7

Here, Circumference is already given,

So,

3.3 = (d*22/7)

(3.3*7)/22 = diameter

(23.1)/22  = diameter

1.05m = diameter of the circle

i hope this will help you

Answer :-

  • Diameter of circle = 1.05 m

Given :-

  • Circumference of circle = 3.3 m

To Find :-

  • Diameter of circle = ?

Explanation :-

As we know, the circumference of circle is perimeter of the circle.

Let the diameter of the circle to be 'd' m.

\blue { \boxed { \bf \bigstar Circumference \; of \; circle = 2 \pi r \; \; \; OR \; \; \; d \pi \; \bigstar }}

\rm : \; \implies 2 \pi r = 3.3 \; \; m

\rm : \; \implies 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7} \times r = 3.3 \; \; m

\rm : \; \implies D \times \dfrac{22}{7} = 3.3 \; \; m

\rm : \; \implies D = \dfrac{3.3 \times 7}{22} \; \; m

\rm : \; \implies D = \dfrac{23.1}{22} \; \; m

\green { \underline { \boxed { \bf : \; \implies D = 1.05 \; \; m \quad \star }}}

Hence, the diameter of the circle is 1.05 m.
