Find the length of the largest pole that can be placed in a hall of dimensions 12m ,4m,3m

the largest pole is = 12 into 4 into 3
= 3. into 1 into 3
= 9
so 9m is the answer

The length of the longest pole that can be placed inside a hall will be the diagonal of the hall.

Length of diagonal = √( l^2 + b^2 + h^2)

=√(12^2 + 4^2 + 3^2)

=√(144+16+9)

=√(169)

=13

Hence, the length of the largest pole that can be placed is 13m
