Putting Values :

$\longmapsto\tt{14=2(l+2)}$

$\longmapsto\tt{\cancel\dfrac{14}{2}=l+2}$

$\longmapsto\tt{7=l+2}$

$\longmapsto\tt{7-2=l}$

$\longmapsto\tt\bf{5=l}$

So , The Length of Rectangle is 5 cm ..
