let all sides of a equilateral triangle be x
we know that in equilatetal tri. height act as a median so half side be x/2
by applying Pythagoras theorem we get
a square =(3)square +(a/2) squ.
a ^2= 9 +a^2/4
by taking lcm , a^2=36+a^2 by 4
4a^2- a^2=36
a^2=12
a=root 12
therefore a=2 root 3
so length is 2 root 3
and perimeter =2 root 3 +2 root 3 +2 root 3= 6 root 3
