Heya !!

First of all, What is a square ?

A square has the following properties:

  • All sides are equal.
  • All angles are of 90°.
  • Diagonals are unequal.
  • Diagonals bisect each-other at right angles.

Here's your answer...

\text{Are of square plot = 30.1401 $m^2$}\\\\\text{But, area of a square = $side^2$}\\\\\implies side^2 = 30.1401\\\\\implies side = \sqrt{30.1401} = \underline{\boxed{5.49 \: m}}

Hope it helps !!

<b>Heya mate. (^_-). Solution below.
====================================

♠ Given area of a square = 30.1401 m²

♠ But, area of any square = a², where a is one of its equal sides

→→→ a² = 30.1401

=> a = √30.1401

=> a = 5.49

•°• The side of square measures 5.49 m.
