Given:

  • Perpendicular of triangle=24cm
  • Base of triangle=7cm

To find:

  • Hypotenuse(x)

Solution:

 \sf In  \: triangle \:  by  \: applying  \: Pythagoras \:  theorem.

 \sf(Hypotheses)²=(Base)²+(perpendicular)²

 \sf {x}^{2}  =  {(7)}^{2}  +  {(24)}^{2}

 \sf {x}^{2}  = 49 + 576 \\

 \sf x =  \sqrt{625}

 \large \underline  {\boxed{{ \sf \blue{ x = 25 \: cm}}}}
