                        50  = 1/2 * 2x +3x * 10  ......(i)

                        50  = 5 * 5x

                         5x  = 50/5

                               = 10

                           x  = 2 cm

Therefore value of x = 2

From (i) : 2x = 2*2 = 4 cm

               3x = 3*2 = 6cm

Verification : 1/2 * 4 + 6 * 10

                  = 1/2 * 10 * 10

                  = 1/2 * 100

                   = 50 cm^2   hence proved.
