We know that,
→ h² = p² + b²
Where,
- h denotes hypotenuse.
- p and b denotes the remaining sides i.e., 12cm and 35cm.
So,
→ h² = 12² + 35²
→ h² = 144 + 1,225
→ h² = 1,369
→ h = √1,369
→ h = 37cm.
Hence, the hypotenuse is 37cm.
