Using the distance formula-:
D=under root of 0-0^2+9-(-2)^2
D=0+11^2 under root
Therefore D=11units
2.the co ordinates are -4,-4 and 5,-4
Using same formula
D=under root of 5-(-4)^2+-4-(-4)^2
=(5+4)^2+0^2 under root
Now D=under root of 9^2
Which is 9 itself
Therefore D=9 units
Hope it helps you!
