By putting x = 3 we get 0/0 form so, by using L-HOSPITALS rule which states that differentiate nr and dn separately till we come from 0/0 form.
=> Lt. 2x -6 / 2x -2
x->3
now put x = 3
we get. 0 / 4 = 0
