I assume your question is L₁ ≡ 15x + 5y =2 and you're asking for another line that forms no solution with L₁.
For two lines to have no solution , they have to be parallel ,
i.e. ratio of coefficients of x = ratio of coefficients of y ≠ ratio of constants
So we can have any line that satisfy above condition .
eg. L₂ ≡ 1) 15x + 5y = 3 [ any constant except 2]
2) 45x + 15y = 5
3) 30x + 10y = 16
Likewise more linear equations can be formed.
