Answer:A(0, y)

B(5, 2)

C(-3, 2)

AP^2=AQ^2 (equidistant)

•(0-5) ^2 +[y-(-12)]=(0-(-3)) +(y-2)

•25+y^2+4y+4=9+y^2-4y+4

•4y+4y=9-25

•8y=-16
