you must remember the formulas

T.S.A= 2πr ( h + r)

L.S.A = 2πr h

so following the formulas we will first find out the

T.S.A = 2 x 22/7 x 3.5 ( 10+ 3.5)

=   7 (13.5) = 94.5 m²

L.S.A = 2 x 22/7 x 3.5 x 10

= 220 m²
