Let two parallel forces are  F1 and F2 .

Given the resultant force of value 300 N.

So, F1 + F2= 300 N

Step 2:

Taking moment about resultant force we get:

F1 * 200 - F2 *800=0

F1=4*F2

Substitute it in the above equation we get:

4*F2 +F2=300N

5 * F2=300N

F2=60 N

F1=300-60=240 N

So, like parallel forces have values of  60 Nand 240 N.
