let the market price be x

discount =80℅

80℅ of x = 1600

4/5x = 1600

x = 1600 * 5 / 4

x = 2000

Your answer
------------------

selling price = Rs 1600

Percentage of discount = 20%

Let the marked prove be x.

Then,
-----------

x - (x \times  \frac{20}{100} ) = 1600 \\  \\  =  > x -  \frac{x}{5}  = 1600 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{5x - x}{5}  = 1600 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{4x}{5}  = 1600 \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{1600 \times 5}{4}  \\  \\  =  > x = rs \: 2000
Therefore,
-----------------

Marked price = Rs 2000
