Given:-

→ Moles of Lithium Bromide = 4.8

To find:-

→ Mass of 4.8 moles of Lithium Bromide

Solution:-

Chemical formula of Lithium Bromide

= LiBr

From it's chemical formula, we can understand that two elements are present in Lithium Bromide i.e. Lithium and Bromine.

• Molar mass of Lithium (Li) = 7g/mol

• Molar mass of Bromine (Br) = 80g/mol

Hence, molar mass of LiBr :-

= (7 + 80)g/mol

= 87 g/mol

Now we know that:-

No of moles = Given Mass/Molar mass

Mass = No of moles × Molar mass

=> Mass = 4.8 × 87

=> Mass = 417.6g

Thus, mass of 4.8 moles of Lithium Bromide is 417.6g .
