Find the mass of a piece of copper that occupies the a volume of 250cm3 given that the density of copper is 2.7g/cm3

Answer:

Don't go on formulas directly as they confuses beginners.

Solve by unitary method .

Mass of 1 cm^3 is 2.7 g

Mass of 2 cm^3 is 5.4 g ( double the units)

Similarily ,

Mass of 250 cm^3 is 2.7 × 250 g

= 675 grams.
