Find the mass of sugars and water required to make 250 grams of 25% w / W sugars.

Mass percentage of cane sugar = 25

We know that,

Mass percentage = Mass of solute/Mass of solution × 100 So, 25 = Mass of cane sugar/2.50 x 100 or Mass of cane sugar = 25 x 25/100 = 62.5 gram Mass of water = (250 - 62.5) = 187.5 gramRead more on Sarthaks.com -
