i am not sure about this but according to me it should be
let us find the net torque
as Tnet=0 (since its stationary and in rotational equilibrium)
torque by 80gm block + torque by the weight of rod =0
20*80*g-16*m*g=0 (16 cause 30-14=16)
m=100gm
hence mass of rod is 100 gm ie option A
