Answer :

\huge \color{green}{\boxed{30}}

Solution :

Volume of Cube (cubical boxes) = side³

 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ => 5³

 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ => 125cm³

Volume of cuboid (carton box) = L× B× H

 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ => 25 × 10 × 15

 \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ => 3750cm³

Number of cubical boxes can be accompanied in a carton box =

\large \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \sf ⟹ \frac{Volume \ of \ carton \ box(cuboid) }{Volume \ of \ cubical \ boxes (cube)} \\ \\  \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \sf \large⟹ \frac{\cancel{3750}}{\cancel{125}} \\ \\  \sf \large⟹ \boxed{30}
