Arrange all 10 numbers in ascending or descending order.

Since there is an even number of numbers in the list, there is no single “middle” number, so the median will be the mean of the two numbers in the middle (5th and 6th, when in order).

Add the two middle numbers and divide their sum by 2. That's the median.


solution ;- Median: the middle value in a set of data. When there are 10 numbers in a set of data, such as this one, than median is found by adding both numbers and than dividing by 2, i.e. finding the average, (5th+6th)/2. So, yes if the 5th and 6th are the same, like 48, the median is 48.
