Factors of 27 in ascending order are:

1,3,9,27

Mean = (sum of factors)/(number of factors)

= (1+3+9+27)/4

= 40/4

Mean = 10

n= 4

Median =(n+1)/2 th term

=2.5th term

2.5th term = (2nd term+3rd term)/2

= (3+9)/2

Median = 6

Factors of 27 are : 1,27,3,9,

Now,mean = sum of the numbers/ total numbers

Mean= 1+27+3+9/4
=40/4
=10

Median is the middle number.
here,numbers should be in ascending order
then we have to use the formula
n/2 and n/2+1 as the numbers of observation are in even.
