Solution:

Data is already arranged in order

6 data points

Hence median = ( 3rd  + 4th)/2

= (9 + 11)/2

= 10

Median = 10

Deviation from median

= | 2 - 10| + | 7 - 10 | + | 9 - 10| + | 11 - 10 | + | 15 - 10|  + | 16 - 10 |

=  8 + 3 + 1 + 1 + 5 + 6

= 24

Mean Deviation about Medan = 24/6

= 4
