Find the mean marks of a student ( out of 50) for the following distribution: (English =38 , Hindi = 29 , science = 30 , history = 35 , geography =35 , maths = 45 , arts = 40)

first we have to add all marks like this

38+29+30+35+35+45+40 =252

and thenwe have to divide by number of terms so in this equation there are 7 terms so then answer will be 252/7=37and total average or mean will be 36/50.
