Median = Arrange the data into ascending order or descending order and look for the middle term if there are two then add them and divide by 2 .

Mode = The data which occurs the more .

So , arrange this in ascending order = 16, 16 , 17 , 17 , 17 , 18 , 18 , 18, 19 , 20 , 20

Mean = 16+16+17+17+17+18+18+18+19+20+20 / 11
= 177 . 818182

Mode = 17 , 18

Median = 18
