Answer = 3

Mean = Sum of Observations ÷ Number of Observations

Mean = (10+20+30+40+50) ÷ 5 ×10

(I got 10 from the question as it is written that each value must be divided by 10)

Mean = 150 ÷ 50

Mean = 3
