Find the mean of first 3 multiples of 5

first three multiples of 3 are 3, 6 , 9

mean =  \frac{sum \: of \: terms}{number \: of \: terms}
 \frac{3 + 6 + 9}{3}
 \frac{18}{3}
= 6

so the mean of 1st three multiples of 3 is 6.

Hi friend....

First three multiples of 5 are 5,10,15

Mean of first 3 multiples of 5 = sum of observations/no.of observations
= 5+10+15/3
= 30/3
= 10
