Answer :-

Natural numbers are the counting numbers starting from 1 to infinity. They include all positive integers.

So, first 6 natural numbers = 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 and 6.

We know that,

→ Mean = Sum of all observations / Number of observations

  • Observations = 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 and 6.
  • Number of observations = 6

Substituting the value and adding the observations and calculating the mean :-

→ Mean = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 / 6

→ Mean = 21 / 6

→ Mean = 7 / 2

→ Mean = 3.5

Mean of first 6 natural numbers = 3.5
