first 5 multiples of 3 are 3,6,9,12,15
mean=sum of all the observations/no. of observations

=3+6+9+12+15/5. = 45/5=9

First 5 multiples of 3 are :-
3, 6, 9, 12, 15
&
mean = sum of observation / no. of observation
so , 3+6+9+12+15 / 5
= 45/5
= 9
