Firstly u have to find the prime numbers...i.e.
11, 13, 17, 19.

The mean is

  = \frac{11 + 13 + 17 + 19}{4}  \\  =  \frac{60}{4}  \\  = 15 \\  \\ there \:  fore \: 15 \: is \: the \: mean
