According to note point~

● Mean = Sum of all observations ÷ Number of observations

Here, Observations is = 3, 7, 6, 9, 11, 12. and Number of observations = 6, So sum of all observations = 3 + 7 + 6 + 9 + 11 + 12

● Mean = $3 + 7 + 6 + 9 + 11 + 12 ÷ 6$

After doing half calculations~

● Mean = $48 ÷ 6$

After doing whole calculations~

● Mean = $8$

Answer:-

The mean of 3, 7, 6, 9, 11, 12 is = $8$
