Answer:

Given:-

Find the mean of the following.

 1) 3, 7, 6, 9, 11, 12.

To Find:-

The mean of the following numbers.

Note:-

For finding mean = Sum ( addition ) of all observations ÷ Number of observation ( how many observations are there )

Solution:-

According to note point~

● Mean = Sum of all observations ÷ Number of observations

Here, Observations is = 3, 7, 6, 9, 11, 12. and Number of observations = 6, So sum of all observations = 3 + 7 + 6 + 9 + 11 + 12

● Mean = 3 + 7 + 6 + 9 + 11 + 12 ÷ 6

After doing half calculations~

● Mean = 48 ÷ 6

After doing whole calculations~

● Mean = 8

Answer:-
