Anonymous: There is actually a big mistake here... it's just coincidence that the answer ends up being the right one! The frequencies have not been taken into account. So when doing "sum of all observations", they are not just 5, 15, 25, 35 and 45.... they are 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 15, 15, 15, 15, etc. That is, there are six 5s, four 15s, nine 25s, and so on. The total number of observations then is not 5... it is the sum of the frequencies 6+4+9+6+5 = 30. All the best.
