it's quite simple
if you know RESPECTIVE FORMULAS of finding functions
but I don't usually recapitulate the FORMULAS
so I'll explain by conventional method
THEREFORE , MEAN = (SUM OF ALL OBSERVATIONS / TOTAL OBSERVATIONS)
THEREFORE , TOTAL OBSERVATIONS = TOTAL FREQUENCY = (with respect to the table given in question) 30
THEREFORE , SUM OF ALL OBSERVATIONS = (with respect to the table given) 9100
THEREFORE , MEAN = 9100/30 = 303.33
MEAN = 303.33
