Let the angle be x°
It’s complement will be 90°-x°
According to the question

Angle = half of its complement

x°=1/2 (90°-x°)

2x=90°-x°

2x+x=90

3x=90°

x=90/3
x=30°

Hence angle = 30°
It’s complement =90°-30°=60°

Step-by-step explanation:

Two angles are complementary if theirsum is equals to 90 degree

Let x be the angle , then its complementary angle is 90-x, I have told that the angle is half of its complement , so

x=1/2 (90 - x) multiply by 2

2x = 90-x move x to left side

3x = 90 divide by 3

x = 30

the angle is 30 degrees
