Find the measure of an angle which is36 degree more than its complement

Here is Your Answer.

Given that the complement of an angle is 36° more than it.
Let the angle be x.
Therefore, its complement = x + 36.

As we know that sum of complementary angles = 180°

So,
x + x + 36 = 90
2x = 54
x = 27°

Hence, the complement is 27 + 36 = 63°

Let the one angle be X°.



Other angle Will be X + 36




Therefore,



X + X + 36 = 90°



2X = 90-36



2X = 54



X = 54/2 = 27°


One angle = X = 27°


Other angle = X +36 = 27°+36 = 63°.
