Let the angle = x
Supplement of angle= 180-x

ATQ

180 = 2x

x = 90°

And its supplement will be 180-90=90°

Hope this is helpful:)

Answer:

Required angle is x° = 90°

It's supplementary angle = 180-x

= 180°-90°

= 90°

Explanation:

Supplementary angles:

Sum of any two angles equal to 180° are called supplementary angles.

Let one angle =

It's supplement = (180°-x)

According to the problem given,

"the measure of an angle whose supplement is equal to the angle itself ."

x= (180°-x)

=> x+x=180°

=> 2x=180°

=> x = 180°/2

=> x = 90°

Therefore,

Required angle is = 90°

It's supplementary angle = 180-x

= 180°-90°

= 90°
