regular Pentagon =(n-2)×180°)/n

=(5-2)×180°/5

=3×180°/5

=540°/5

=108° ans.

regular hexagon =(n-2)×180°/n

=(6-2)×180°/6

=4×180°/6

=720°/6

=120° ans.

To find : measure of each interior angle using formula

Solution:

Measure of  each interior angle of a regular polygon  is given by the formula

= (n - 2) (180°) / n

Where n = number of sides of regular polygon

Pentagon has 5 sides

=> n = 5

Each interior angle of pentagon =   (5 - 2) (180°) /5

= ( 3 * 36)

= 108°

Hexagon has 6 sides

=> n = 6

Each interior angle of Hexagon =   (6 - 2) (180°) /6

= ( 4 * 30)

= 120°

Each interior angle of pentagon =     108°

Each interior angle of Hexagon =     120°

Formula is  (n - 2) (180°) / n
