HERE'S THE ANSWER :-

BY PHYTHAGORAS THEORAM :-

 {(hypotenuse)}^{2} = {(height)}^{2} + {(base)}^{2}

 {(hyp)}^{2} = {(5)}^{2} + {(12)}^{2}

 {(hyp)}^{2} = 25 + 144

 {(hyp)}^{2} = 169

Hypotenuse = 13 cm

RT = 13 cm

SR square+ST square=RT square
5square+12square=RTsquare
(25+144)sq.=RTsq.
169=RTsq.
RT=√169
RT=13
