Let the angle be x.

And its complement angle be y

By the problem x= \frac{2}{3}y

We know that,

Sum of complementary angles is 90°

y+\frac{2}{3} y=90^{o}

\frac{3y+2y}{3} =90^{o}

\frac{5y}{3} =90^{o}

5y=90*3

y=\frac{90*3}{5}

y=36\\

x=90°-36°=54°

The angles are 54  °,36  ° .
