b) double of its complement.

First angle is x. So second angle will be x/4

x+x/4= 180°

5x/4= 180°

5x= 180×4

5x= 720°

x= 720/5

x= 144°

x/4= 144/4

x/4= 36°

b)

Let the first anglle be x. So second angle is 2x

x+2x= 90°

3x= 90°

x= 90/3°

x= 30°

2x= 60°
