Find the measure of the side of a rhombus if its diagonals measures 35 cm and 28 cm ?

We have to find the side using Pythagoras Theorem

The diagonals meet at 90°

we have to find the side from the triangle.

In order to get a triangle,we have to take one diagonal as base and other one diagonal is perpendicular.

So ,the half of 35 is 17.5 cm and

the half of 28 is 14 cm

In Pythagoras Theorem,P^2 + B^2=H^2

So, 17.5*17.5 is 306.25

+

14 *14 is 196

=√502.25 cm

=22.410934831 cm
