Let the other angle be x
And , angle A = 116 and angle B = 30

we know that sum of all angles of Triangles is equal to 180 degree.
so,
angle ( a+b+x) = 180
116+ 30 +x = 180
x = 180 - ( 116 + 30)
x = 180 - 146
x= 34.
