This ∆ is right angle triangle that means one angle is 90° and other two ∠ are given in figure

that is a + 1 and 2a + 5 .

measure of all three angles of ∆ is 180°

so,

= 90 + a + 1 + 2a + 5 = 180

= 90 + a + 2a + 1 + 5 = 180

= 90 + 3a + 6 = 180

= 90 + 6 + 3a = 180

= 96 + 3a = 180

= 3a = 180-96

= 3a = 84

= a = 84 / 3

= a = 28

measure of first ∠ = a + 1

first ∠ = 28 + 1

first ∠ = 29°

measure of second ∠ = 2a + 5

second ∠ = 2 × 28 + 5

second ∠ = 56 + 5

second ∠ = 61°.
