Complementary Angles :

If the sum of two angles is 90⁰, then those two angles are called as complementary angles.

Solution:

Let "x" be the measure of a complementary angle required.

Since "x" and 36° are complementary angles, we have

x + 36° = 90°

x = 90° - 36°

x = 54°

Hence , the measure of the complementary angle is 54°

Solution :-

Complimentary Angles -

Two angles are said to be complimentary angles when they both add up to 90 degrees.  In a right angled triangle, the two smaller angles are always complimentary.

Now, answer of the above question.

Let the measure of the required angle be x degrees.

Then, according to the question.

⇒ x + 36 = 90

⇒ x = 90 - 36

⇒ x = 54°

So, the measure of the compliment of angle of 36 degree is 54 degree.
